Straight to the general exclusivity and limited availability of certain of our items, all sales are declared FINAL once payment is received, unless Joli Rêve Est. 2022 is at fault. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - NO EXCEPTIONS.  We do not offer refunds, however we do accept returns within 14 days of purchase, subject to availability.

  • Returns/ Exchanges must be returned within 14 days from the shipment received date. Please submit your return here.
  • Even if the exchange item is out of stock, you will be given store credit in the amount of an E-Gift Card 
  • All regular returns will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card unless the return is caused by Joli Rêve 
  • Return received more than 14 days after the date of shipment received will be refused and returned to sender. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Store Credit can be used immediately and never expires. 
  • All returned items(s)  must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and contain all original hangtags, otherwise our return policy will not apply.
  • If your return(s)  is not accepted, you may be shipped back the other. 
  • You may agree to a restocking fee of 20% of the total cost of the order items if your returns are not accepted and you do not want to receive the returned item(s) back. The restocking charge will be subtracted from the total refund and issued as an E-gift card. Unless the return is due to Joli Rêve 2022's error, you will be responsible for the shipping fees to return your purchases.
  • When a return is due to Joli Rêve's fault, refunds will be made ONLY in the original method of payment used on the first order. Allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Once it is received by our Distribution Center, we will complete the refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Orders that are damaged or defective can be returned for a full refund or replaced with the same model and reshipped for free. The availability of replacements is subject to change.
  • Joli Rêve Est. 2022 is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If your package is lost or stolen, contact USPS directly.
  • You will be responsible for contacting your local USPS for your package if you were not available to receive/sign for your box. If you do not pick up your box within a reasonable amount of time or plan re-delivery, USPS will return it to us. When we receive your package, we will notify you. Once we get your package, you will be notified. Any shipping fees associated with re-shipping your order will be your responsibility.
